Ok this may sound like a lot of extra work but it really isn’t, it’s more about building good sun protection habits and honestly you will thank me! I personally noticed just by applying SPF onto my PIH / Post acne dark spot 3 times a day I was able to fade this far more quickly then the dark spot right next to it where I only used SPF once in the morning.
Again I cannot emphasize enough the above steps will speed up the results of fading your PIH, melasma and dark marks exponentially. Some studies show with correct and adequate SPF usage and melanin suppressants, fading of dark spots can increase dramatically than with just melanin regulation products.
Now the killer question do you see yourself reapplying SPF 2-3 times a day or at least twice a day?
