Product review: Mesoprotech sun protective repairing stick 100 + UVA/UVB/HEV/IR ⠀

@mesoestetic 🔆 Mesoprotech sun protective repairing stick 100 + UVA/UVB/HEV/IR ⠀⠀⁣⁣
⠀⁣⁣
Do not confuse this with SPF 100+ protection as the labelling is slightly confusing. Due to regulations, you can only state SPF up to a maximum of 50, (the maximum allowed SPF rating allowed after the result of efficacy testing). If a brand uses any numbers above this then they cannot label “SPF” against the number. So in this case the brand has labelled this product 100+ to show this has above 50+SPF rating. I would see this as you would SPF50+.⠀⁣⁣
⠀⁣⁣
Benefits (according to the brand):⠀⁣⁣
Extremely high SPF⠀⁣⁣
A combination of physical and chemical filters.⠀⁣⁣
UVB 124 and UVA 32 protection. ⠀⁣⁣
With biological HEV+IR filters.⠀⁣⁣
Solid stick applicator for easy touch-up ⠀⁣⁣
Barrier boosting rosehip oil⠀⁣⁣
Especially easy for touch-ups around the eye area often missed when applying SPF and I think particularly important for darker skin tone women who have hyperpigmentation around the eye area (also tested for use around the eye area).⠀⁣⁣
⠀⁣⁣
Darker skin tones: Leaves a slight white cast and needs a little rubbing in to match darker skin tones (although they have a fantastic tinted SPF).⠀⁣⁣
⠀⁣⁣
Overall:⠀⁣⁣
This is a teeny tiny stick (4.5g) and a good option towards targeted application. Perfect method of application for lips, eye areas and excellent touch up for a dark spot. This does leave an ever so slight white cast which disappears after a while and includes both chemical and physical filters. ⠀⁣⁣

How I use this:⠀⁣⁣
Mostly for touch-ups during the day around a few spots I have. It just makes for easy faff-free application on pesky PIH marks. It is slightly greasy and sometimes breaks me out if applied to the cheeks. It does last forever so I have not had to give the repurchasing much thought as yet. Also, I do break out with this SPF if I apply this on to my more acne-prone cheek areas but those who are not blemish-prone will really enjoy this convenient stick⠀⁣⁣
