




Ok as promised here is Part 2 on PIE.
The best course of action to tackling PIE speedily (noting that it will eventually fade over a period of time) is really a combination of a good anti-inflammatory skincare routine, daily SPF without failure, a retinoid to prevent acne from returning and in-clinic vascular laser treatments. The lasers in themselves can really deliver great results. Tomorrow I will run through some ingredients that can help in topical skincare.
Oh and for those of you sending me questions I will be doing a Q&A on Saturday where I will try to answer as many as I can on IG stories.
